My very first story I wrote, hope you all like it


Hello everyone,

I wrote this short story and thought I'd post it here for everyone to read. I originaly posted this at LiveJournal in the Alfei Lovers Unite! Community. This story is horrible and a disgusting attempt of mine to write a good story. I hope I don't make anyone angry or upset. Well on to the story, enjoy I hope.

Title: Albel the Sick

Summary: Albel is sick and stuck in bed
Warnings: None, other than this being a horrible story that I wrote, I do apologize in advance



The soft wind blew softly through the window, gently caressing the sleeping form. The feeling made the sleeper twitch his nose for he had no time for such foolishness. The wind took notice and left whence it came. Albel the Wicked lay in bed at the *Wyvern’s Tail inn. The room was cold, the walls made of hard stone, and the floor felt like ice. The only warmth found in this room was the heavy quilt that covered the sleeping figure. A knock on the door drew a cat-eyed slit; Albel knew who was at the door. The wooden door squeaked open and a silhouette of a figure appeared on the floor. “Albel are you awake, can I come in.” The soft voice barely audible came from a blue haired, green eyed creature with porcelain skin. The Wicked one sneered, “Go away Fayt”, his voice was rigid and a tinge of disgust coated his words. “Albel” Fayt whispered slowly, sighing in defeat. “Fayt not now, I can’t …” a hoarse cough cut off his voice followed by a few more. “Albel you’re very sick, but I won’t … I can’t let you be by yourself.” Fayt walked in the room and closed the door behind him; he sat on the chair close to his sick friend. “Fayt you fool, you will catch this; get out of here now before I get really angry.” Albel could barely move, let alone talk very loudly; Fayt had to practically place his ear near Albel’s lips to hear his words. “Albel I …” Fayt shook lightly, his hands curled up in tight fists reddening the skin on his palms. Why is this happening? Fayt’s eyes became rain clouds dispersing themselves of water. “Why you, you are so strong (sniffle), too strong to be taken down by this.” Albel threw what strength he had, lifted his right arm and cupped Fayt’s chin with his hand. Fayt froze as he felt cold fingers touching his skin; his wet eyes widened as he looked at Albel. “Fayt my fool, I … I …” Fayt placed two fingers on Albel’s mouth; he already knew what was coming. “Hush Albel it’s okay” Fayt said as he removed his hand to replace it with his lips. Fayt embraced Albel never wanting to let his Wicked one go. “Fool” Albel said once his lips were free, a small smirk forming on the edge of his mouth.
